How does shipping work? Your order will be complete within 2-5 days. Then will be shipped via USPS for a flat rate of $4.75. The normal delivery time is 2-5 business days as long as their is no mail delays. You can save on your shipping if you are in the Woodland CA area. Time can be arraged for delivery. Email me to place the order  for local delivery/pick up.

What is your return policy? Currently, no returns are accepted due to the nature of the product. However, we will accept returns withing 7 days if there is an error on our part. If there is a mistake an exchange will be made if the item is unused.

May I custom order? YES, I would be more than glad to make a custom order simply send an email  giving me the colors you would like and style of bow.

Will the item be exactly as displayed? Computer resolutions may vary, causing bow, ribbon colors and prints to appear different in person.

 Is there a discount on large orders? Yes, email me with the items you want and I will get back to you with a wholesale price.

If I don't see a color I want can I request it? I will do my best in looking for the color you need as I am in the works of stocking in all colors and prints.
